Bill Klingbeil has been working with Donny Schatz since January 2001 and served as Public Relations Manager and regular "jack of all trades" guy for the past eight years. In 2009, Bill will continue to promote Donny through an association with Tony Stewart Racing and True Speed Communication. Bill has been involved with sprint car racing since 1995 when he began writing a newsletter called "Outlaw Trail". In 1998, Bill was hired to assist Amoco Corporation with their motorsports programs. He was the PR contact for the Amoco Knoxville Nationals and the Amoco World of Outlaws team.
Bill operates his own company, BK3 Public Relations, which provides similar support to J&J Auto Racing. He is 38, and resides in Bloomington, IL, with his wife, Kim, and their children (Mack 10 and Kate 5).
